M920是通用电气公司生产的M915系列军用卡车的一个型号，它被用来在公路和野外牵引重型半挂车。该车的轴距比M916更长，而且有一对空气悬架操作升降的非驱动桥，可以额外提供20,000磅的承载能力。在驾驶室后方有一台45,000 磅的液压绞盘。
M920使用康明斯公司的NTC-400型涡轮增压柴油发动机,2100转/分时输出功率400马力。搭配卡特彼勒7155半自动变速箱（16个前进挡，2个倒挡）传动。刹车采用气压鼓式刹车。
M920系列卡车/牵引车采用8×6驱动方式，8是轮轴总数，6是驱动轮的数量。
